All articles on the web are items available in stock - immediate shipment.

Upon reaching maximum units of an item available on the web and need for more of the same model and communicate the references that interest you (before closing your order). We will tell you if you can get more units of the same item and add it in the order.

Shipping order

Order payments received on account DaVani until 13.00 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Payment orders received after 13.00 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the next workday day.

Delivery of orders shipped: 48-72 hours from the day of delivery (working day) valid only for Spain peninsula and Portugal. 

In 10% of orders may be slight delays and dates indicated high-volume purchases like Halloween, Christmas or whatever susceptible of a high volume of shipments, orders may be delayed more than stipulated.

In order to avoid item retention:

Maximum time to receipt the payment orders is three working days from the time of order confirmation. Orders paid after this time will be cancelled.

We inform you that when adding three cancelled orders your user will not be able to pay more with Bank Transfer.

Confirmed orders can not be rectified - delete items.

You can not modify or cancel orders after the first 24 hours of the date and time of order confirmation.

Orders made by mistake can be canceled and deleted from your order history only within the first 24 hours from the time of order registration. Once this time has expired the order can not be canceled and eliminated and will have to be paid or counted as a canceled order in your order history.

Transport costs for Spain peninsula -  5,80€

Transport costs for Portugal peninsula -  9,60€

Transport costs for the rest of Spain and other countries - depending on the destination and weight of each order.

Invoicing

Prices of articles on the web www.DaVani.es are total VAT included.

Invoices issued by www.DaVani.es are bills in total including VAT.

Invoices surcharge equivalence - the percentage of 5.20% will be applied to total more marked in your order (each client must enable equivalence surcharge option from the user).

Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla: Taxes applied to target more of the total invoice borne by the buyer.

Returns

Each buyer assumes responsibility for choosing sizes, models, colors. For any questions before making a purchase , please contact us we will help delighted.

Items manufactured in Italy; Britain; France; China.

Items without manufactur specified are Made in China.

We recommend - to check how we work, delivery times, quality items , make your first order whit a few articles. Once you satisfied with all shopping process can make bigger orders.

DaVani accept returns of items. Returns previously accepted and authorized by E-mail by DaVani.

Maximum time for returns 14 days from the date and time of make the order. Send your request to return by E-mail to info@davani.es  sending: The number of your order; reference of the article; reason to return.

DaVani does not return the transportation cost in cases of changes size or color.
